Digital Ignition Entertainment

A platform that goes beyond capital

Digital Ignition gives talent control of development and production, and a larger share of what content sales generate, by helping them develop, acquire and own intellectual property. We build brands around talent — multi-vertical organizations made to outlast changing market conditions.

Owning and licensing IP to studios and streamers puts talent at the center of the entertainment ecosystem. Extending that IP into ancillary markets — merchandising, publishing, podcasts and beyond — multiplies the return.

As streamers reshaped the landscape, attention moved to the names that draw subscribers. Digital Ignition offers those artists a turn-key way to build their own studios. Financing is only the beginning: we source projects, hire executives, negotiate distribution, cross-pollinate production partners and consolidate administrative services across companies. That incubation model is what separates us from traditional production companies, legacy agencies and management firms.

Felix Culpa

Film & Television Production

A production company founded by actress and producer Riley Keough with a simple ethos: art first. Amazon's Emmy- and Golden Globe-nominated Daisy Jones and the Six, Cannes award winner War Pony, and Hulu's Emmy-nominated miniseries Under the Bridge show both prestige positioning and commercial reach. Following Under the Bridge, Netflix releases the ongoing series The Body this fall. Felix Culpa "has been part of several of the most exciting titles in recent film history," per The Hollywood Reporter.

Christian Cowan

Fashion & Brand

A global luxury womenswear and casual menswear brand, Christian Cowan's designs are worn by A-list talent on red carpets worldwide — Zendaya at the Spider-Man premiere, Sydney Sweeney, Jenna Ortega, Kristen Wiig, Lady Gaga, Heidi Klum, Jennifer Lopez, Cardi B and Sam Smith among them. Expanding into media, Cowan is costume designing his first film, the upcoming Debutantes, following his work on the Broadway production The Queen of Versailles.

FENIX360

Artist Platform & Technology

A Singapore-based platform built on the belief that artists should be able to live off their art. FENIX360 connects independent artists directly with their audiences through music, video, livestreams, merchandise and collectibles, alongside social management, dedicated artist apps, geographically targeted notifications and decentralized distribution — a full commercial layer owned by the artist rather than the intermediary.
